Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Cordon Bleu My Way


Ingredients
4-5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4-5 slices of Ham (Your preference)
8-10 Swiss Cheese (Number = Cover breasts twice 8-10 pieces)
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can sliced Mushrooms


-Pound chicken breasts till flat 3/8 in to 1/2 inch in plastic bag or sheet
-Roll one slice Ham and one slice Swiss inside chicken breast. 
(Roll into spiral like sheets of paper. Just get it into a circle. No perfection needed)
-Place each into 13x9 Pirex pan outside edge of roll down.
-Cover breast roll tops with second piece of cheese.
-Pour Can of Cream of Mushroom soup over each breast. 
( Mix concentrated soup with half amount of water or milk than instructions state for thicker gravy.)
-Place sliced mushrooms over breasts. pack all you can on


Bake @ 350 degrees 45 mins or untill chicken turns white and is done.
I bast every 10 mins during cooking time.


Bast with gravy around breasts poured back onto breasts.
  (one last pice of cheese onto or even half a slice looks great.


Serve on bed of Rice. With vegetables to your tastes.
